“We really enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described & very clean, new & nicely decorated. Kitchen well supplied. We enjoyed the outdoor deck. The drive from the main road is pretty rough but we were in a Jeep, so we were ok & knew that before. We enjoyed exploring the entire island. We would stay here again. ”

“Great spot for two to relax and enjoy the view. Looking right over Coral Bay. The pool is awesome. We loved the sound of the Mourning Doves cooing, donkeys braying and roosters crowing as we had coffee on the deck. Being just 2switchbacks away from Skinny Legs was a plus. Beaches were easy to get to. ”

“We had stayed in Lois’ property Vista next door 2 years ago so we knew it would be a wonderful experience in Paradise this time around. The house is as shown and more. The beach chairs and cooler are always a big help. The view is breathtaking and you can’t get enough of it. The beaches are all just a few minutes away. We will be back again, and again.”

“My daughter and I had a great time exploring St. John and we definitely were glad to stay on the quieter side of the island. “Garden of Eden” was a great location for us, we could easily walk to Skinny Legs for dinner and a little further walk were other restaurants and coffee place. Also, the nearby market, the Dolphin was very well stocked. The cottage was super cute and very efficient and we felt very spoiled with the AC. “Loved the house, Loved the location on a hill overlooking Coral Bay. Comfortable 2-bedroom home, with a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoyed waking up to the most amazing view of Coral Bay from the wrap-around deck. Ultimate privacy. Finished most days on the deck with a drink/snack, oftentimes floating in the lap pool right on the deck! There's an easy-to-use hot tub too! Great stay, would stay again. “Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome……

“The view from the deck high in the mountains is incredible. The location is amazing and close to all the main beaches. The house has everything you want and need. Close also to local markets. Definitely would stay here again. Does need some updating, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again! Perfect place to stay, location is everything!”
