“We absolutely loved this property. My wife and I stayed here for a week and found it to be a very relaxing place to unwind after long days on the trails or beach. We loved how well appointed it was with lots of thought put into what we might need for our stay. The beach chairs and other items were most appreciated! “This was such an amazing family trip and stay for our first time in St. Johns! John was excellent with communication, assisting us with the property as needed. The property had such a breathtaking view and plenty of space for our larger family. It was clean, safe and such a wonderful stay for us. We really enjoyed the pool and going out at night looking at the stars, too. We will most definitely be back and staying at the Blue Pearl Villa! “Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome……

“We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches.……

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa in Coral Bay. The absolute best views!! The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs/towels provided. I'm already dreaming of going back. Close proximity to a few really good restaurantes (Johnny lime is amazing, skinny legs good bar food), and Calabash market (we bought fresh fish and grilled it at the villa). 10/10 would recommend staying here! ”

“The host Kevin is super Kevin’s place is fabulous and he and his manager Theresa were wonderfully communicative and helpful. I was the first guest and they were working to make sure everything was just right, and it was. It is a lovely spot with a great view and sea breezes. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is excellent. The shower is great. Parking is above the house (steps lead down to the house) along the local back road and very easy by St John standards. I am a long time……

“we loved our stay here. It was so fun to hear the little goats come down every morning and drink from the pool. The location is great with a beautiful view of Coral Bay and the drive to Cruz Bay wasn’t too bad which we did quite often property was clean. I will say they do need to add some weatherstripping to the outdoor shower door as there were quite a few 6 and 8 legged critters getting in but thats island life! ”

The road up to the house is quite a journey but not unlike the rest of the island and totally worth the trek for the view!”

“This was a great property on the quiet side of the island, and it is close to all the best beaches. It is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Hannah and Lorraine know everything there is to know about St. John and are so incredibly helpful and responsive! The guide they emailed before the trip helped me plan which beaches and restaurants I wanted to visit, but I also got input from Lorraine once I got to the island.
