“Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. Freshwater picket right out front to wash the sand……

“Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top……

“Our stay was amazing! The hosts were very accommodating for our crew which changed at the last minute due to flight cancellations. They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly. We had everything we needed at the house and plenty of room for all of us. Check in was simple and straightforward and the house (and entire property) was clean and well maintained! The kids enjoyed the pool and the games in the pool house! We will definitely be back! ”

“The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there……

“This property rates five stars in our opinion. The hosts Bruce and Lisa, and the property manager, Lakysha, were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless, roomy, had great views. A one minute walk to a great beach. We'll be back!”

“Hosts were great, very helpful and communication was very responsive and helpful. Location is central and easy cab ride or beach walk to other attractions, restaurants, etc. Staff was very friendly. Pool was nice. Restaurant at the property was very good only played music pretty loud each night so hard to hang out at night unless you could deal with the music. Overall would definitely recommend for price, location, accommodations and ease of navigating and great hosts. ”

“I would definitely recommend staying at this unit! The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the things you need for an amazing beach vacation. The common areas and gardens are beautifully maintained. The pool was fantastic. Make sure to go to La Roc (restaurant on premises) for great food, drinks and live music. ”

“We had an extremely fabulous 24 days! The Condo is cozy, owner Sean was wonderful! The office manager Salandra was fantastic! We had a wonderful view of the beach and pool. The LaRoc Bar and Grill conveniently located next door to the property was great! We are definitely coming back!! ”
