“Our family stayed in The Orama Lodge in early January 2025 and enjoyed the most memorable stay. Alain & Regina are amazing hosts that truly go above and beyond for their guests! We enjoyed a lovely meal with our hosts and really enjoyed getting to know them and learning more about the island. The lodgings as exactly as described in the listing and we enjoyed the use of the bicycles and Kayaks during our5 day 4 night stay. “Overall, I liked it, but there are some small nuances. Clean house, no foreign smells, everything you need, the store is quite close. The water is mostly always clean and transparent, although the current sometimes brings natural debris. The bottom at the entrance to the ocean is shallow 20 inches, and it gets deeper very smoothly. “We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Both the owners and the property manager, Luana, were exceptionally welcoming, gracious and accommodating. We did not rent a car during our four-day stay, so appreciated the ability to walk to a handful of dining options nearby and also have the small market so conveniently close. Our tweens loved playing on the beach in front of the house, and exploring with the house's kayaks. Would love to have stayed much longer, and wholeheartedly recommend it……

“The location is peaceful and tucked away from the busier parts of the island, but still conveniently close to great local restaurants and small shops. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Moorea.A few things to note for future guests: only the bedrooms are air-conditioned, which I had missed in the description. The communal areas like the living room can get quite hot during the day. Also, there were quite a few mosquitoes and geckos around—which is to be expected……

On arrival Ingrid had a taxi waiting to take us to the Villa where Ingrid and Olivier were waiting to greet us. “New property, there are three separate lodge houses. It's on the main road that circles the island. My house had a full size frig, 4 burner gas stove, microwave, full sink, cable channel TV, strong wifi, ceiling fan in the living room, nice bathroom and AC in the bedroom. “This house is in a great location to things to do on the island. The house is absolutely stunning and was very clean. It’s true there is a steep driveway but it’s short and our little rental car did just fine. I would stay here again! ”

“We had a wonderful two-week stay here. The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The AC unit was great—after a long day out in the heat, it was a relief to return to the condo and have a cold, local juice and cool off.
