“The room was very tidy & clean. The security & service management was very high standard, especially the Lady Staff - Annette Stewart was very pleasant and helpful. She helped our family solved many problems on request. This was our 3rd time lived in The Lincoln Suites in these 3 years. ”
“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”
“I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout.
However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. First, I noticed the absence of tissues in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Also, the safety light emitted a very bright green glow that……

We loved everyone who we met who managed this property and they were able to get us into our room early which made such a huge difference in the quality of our trip. “Ein sehr schönes Hotel, allerdings hätte ich bei dem Preis erwartet, daß die Zimmer, wenn auch nicht regelmäßig gereiningt (nur gegen Aufpreis) , dann doch wenigstens täglich geprüft werden. Toilettenpapier und Tee oder Kaffee mußten bei der Rezeption erfragt und abgeholt werden. Lage, Umgebung und Erreichbarkeit waren dagegen top! ”

“Cleanliness - disappointing really. I understand that they provide cleaning once a week, but the floor was not thoroughly hoovered/ surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly before we went in, so by day 3 - it was not in a clean state.
We stayed for 7 days - General hygiene rule being we should change our towels every 3 days, and we were only given 1 set of towel each (so we ended up using the same towel over 7 days/ 6 nights), pretty horrible. This can be easily solved if they provided us 2 sets……

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
