“J’ai réserver pour 3 nuit, Je préviens à l’avance que je vais arriver tard, mais il y a écris réception 24/24 donc pas de soucis. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse de l’hôtel. Donc comme prévu, j’arrive aux alentours de 2h du matin. Nous avons dû sonner, et toquer afin que le réceptionniste se réveille car il dormais dans le hall de l’hôtel. Donc il cherche notre réservation, il était très fatigué, il ne trouve pas, il apelle quelqu’un qui ne décroche pas, il va réveiller quelqu’un d’autre. Au bout……

“Stunning location, great food and friendly staff. Although their English was limited they really tried and went out of their way to help. Loved the interiors, the coziness of the place and those views from every point were spectacular.”

“Beautiful apartment in a prime location. Almost everything is walkable. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake, trainstreet, the old quarter, etc. We usually don't think a bed on vacation sleep well but these sleep wonderfully. Fantastic host. Very friendly, quick to respond, take care of everything for you. Better service just can't be done.”

“Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money ”

“Very good service from staff! Even helpong golf reservation. Good hints of near by restaurants. Nice shop in downstairs, open 24/7. Breakfast delivered to room, very tasty. I will be back!”

“We didn’t have hot water and no internet on the last night. The place is not really a hotel so there’s no lobby area.”

“La chambre était bien et grande malheureusement il était noté une navette gratuite pour l’aéroport mais nous ne l’avons jamais eu !!! Nous avons dû payer un taxi pour nous y rendre Notre choix s’était pour sur cet hôtel pour cette condition car il est très loin du centre dans une zone d’activité avec aucun intérêt ”
