“Very nice property with relaxing guest rooms and clean and accommodating, communal area areas such as the kitchen, living room and toilet. The owner takes great pride and his property and upkeep is very good with beautiful architecture. There’s a cute French bakery just around the corner with a barbershop and nail store to match neighboring the bakery. The hostel also offers very affordable rentals for both motorbikes and regular bikes. This whole day is everything you could be looking for to……

“非常糟糕的一天，首先是櫃檯沒有人，電話溝通後等了大概15分鐘，再來是房間居然有窗戶沒有窗簾，而這件房間在二樓；晚上九點了，在床頭正上方的冷氣壞掉了，而且結露滴水，得等一個小時維修，要求換房一直說沒有房間，等到我另外訂房要求退費又說有房間了？！櫃檯很辛苦，主要是一直不在現場的主管太糟糕，不願意立刻為房客解決問題。補充過程中是越南朋友在現場協助溝通，所以不是語言的問題。”

The room was spotlessly clean, smells good, all appliances are in working condition,the TV connectivity is excellent (I watch western news and Soccer whilst attending to paper responsibilities). "We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."

Nice hotel

"常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～下次來會再住這裏"
