“Établissement parfaitement adapté à mes besoins. Proche du centre ville, kitchenette, chambre très vaste, immeuble neuf. Un seul problème: j’ai envoyé deux messages prévenant d’une arrivée tardive et je n’ai pas eu de réponse si bien que j’ai dû prendre un hôtel avec réception 24/24 alors que j’aurais très bien pu arriver après minuit. Dommage et ce n’est pas professionnel ”

“酒店並不是在舊城區的公園裡，網頁顯示的地址只是接待處。 從接待處走路去酒店需要8分鐘左右。 酒店在二樓，沒有升降機，也沒有酒店職員幫忙搬行李。 酒店正門沒有上鎖，也沒有管理員。那條街道晚上很靜，感覺回酒店很危險。 而且酒店的樓梯是透過自動感應開關的，我住了四晚，有兩晚都感應不到我們，突然燈都全關上了。令我們在全黑環境下用鎖匙開房門，感覺危險。 房內只靠兩條鎖匙鎖門，沒有配備安全鎖 房間上睡床的樓梯很直，只有一邊有扶手，不適合小孩和老人入住。”

“It is a nice budget stay It is a student living , so the community is mainly students. My room is on the ground floor so you may hear their laughter but after 00:30 , the place is very quiet. Spacious, kitchen is equipped but there is no hair dryer. The environment is generally clean but then I found my bed sheets was stained at the corner. Yet, I did not experience any allergies. Comfortable bed and pillow. 20minutes walk to the old town, grocery stores nearby . Communication is a major problem……

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“We stayed here for 5 days and we were amazed with the very warm welcome from the polite receptionist, Rosza. Our room is very clean and neat. Location is perfect. We were able to walk around even late at night. All the transport route are very accessible including the main railway station. Also with thanks to Philip one of the young receptionist who guided us through while searching for the places we’d like to visit. Breakfast iare good too. I would highly recommend Portal house to everyone.”
