Travis was great to work with and had great suggestions on everything from beaches, excursions, food, and rental car. Would definitely go back. ”

“Honestly can’t say enough great things about this property. Rented both houses for 16 people over the 4th of July. The property managers were great and answered any questions we had quickly, getting us anything we needed (water etc.). The houses were clean and the decor was beautiful. The location is secluded and exactly what we were looking for. We brought floaties, mask/snorkles, games (spike ball and bags) but didn't need them. There was so much stuff left by previous renters that were……

“The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.”

“A hidden gem! Perfect location, beautiful view, nice facilities. The condo provided many amenities and that helped tremendously because we didn’t have to purchase the small things like spices and condiments. We didn’t partake in any of the activities at the resort other than the beach but there were several available like paddle boards, kayaks and a pool. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! The owner was very attentive and helpful. ”

“Loved our stay in our quaint cottage! Located about midway on Great and Little Exuma, so made a great base for our travels across the island, and we went point to point throughout the week. Dock and kayak was great fun (turtles!). And the pool was a great refresher after days on the beach.Host Miss Valerie was so sweet and helpful. “Our week at Savage Sands was amazing! The house is impecably kept and has everything you need for your stay in Exuma (tons of beach and pool toys for the family!) The views are incredible, the beach is clean and calm to relax or be in the ocean all day. We loved hanging out in the infinity pool. The inside of the house is beautiful, very airy and bright, very pleasant to lie ge indoors and look at the views. Only thing I wished was an outdoor dinning area in the back with views to the ocean, but……

“The property is amazing. They have kayaks, plenty of snorkeling gear, and even some water shoes to borrow. The water on your own beach is very calm. The views from the deck are amazing! Inside of the home was very clean when we arrived. Ice maker in freezer is a plus, plenty of dishware and cookware was provided. All rooms have their own AC unit which worked really well. Never an issue with them. We will be back for sure!”
