“We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 5 adults and 2 children and space for everyone to have privacy. The pictures and information were very accurate. The owner provided detailed information for local restaurants and points of interest. The beach was private and beautiful. We loved the kayaks and the pool. Aqua Vista has a little something for everyone…beach combing and critter hunting, sunbathing and relaxing on the dock and floating island, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking for the adventurer and shallow waters calm enough that you can just stand and chill or float for as long as you’d like. “This house is incredible in all ways. Beautiful grounds, great views and access to the ocean. The house is perfect for our adult kids to spread out but has a separate large kitchen to prepare food and then a huge, oversized table to enjoy our evening dinners together. “Our week’s stay at Jack’s Island House was amazing. There were 11 of us ranging from 9 to 73 (5 adults & 6 kids).Jack has thought of absolutely everything including things we didn’t expect. The kids throughly enjoyed the rope swing, the water trampoline & jumping off the dock.The kayaks & paddle boards were a hit with everyone.
