“The house was exactly as described. The set up was very good, bedrooms had space and were comfortable.The living area was spacious.Appliances were adequate.The deck area was good.The weather was excellent in general.Two suggestions:-Firstly would be a heat pump for the house which could obviously be used for a/c when needed.The second is while the beach is very close the way down is quite difficult for an older person. ”

Might be a bit cold in winter because it’s so huge, but there are two open fires as well as heaters, and wood provided so could be nice and cozy too once fired up. Hot tub is an inflatable one and smallish, but still lovely to have. ”

“Our multi-generational family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Green House. It is a beautiful house with all the comforts of home and some. It was a well situated property which is a close to all that Martinborough has to offer. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This is a very clean and comfortable place, with lots for kids to do inside or out, and walking distance from the shops and cafes. The cricket set and bikes were a highlight, and especially the tandem bike. We'd happily return.While pets are allowed with prior permission (we had a small dog with us), note the section is not fully fenced.”
