“Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them”

“There was no pool, it said microwave and fridge, there was not, only 1 towel for two people and they said they would bring it and never did till 2nd night. Didn’t clean the room until after we complained on the 2nd night.”

“Doreen was so helpful, charming and kind. It’s more than a 5star. Magnificent Views, we were able to walk the property, support staff were all 10/10. Definitely a must visit”

“Lovely cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and huge living room with the fireplace. It is set on amazing location with great views of Kimakia river and tea plantation. Stuff was very polite and helpful, they are available 24h a day. There is also power generator in case of power failure. The road to the property is a bit tricky, especially last kilometer or two. Our overall experiance was great, highly recommended!”

“We were a group of ten friends and the place suited us perfectly. From ample parking space for the cars to enough beds for our mixed group. We were there for a 4 days and 3 nights stay. The house is kept clean and we even paid a little extra for food to be cooked for us. Vivian, the caretaker, was very efficient in the service. You could almost forget she was there, almost, that's how good she was. The beds and beddings were very comfortable. Home away from home. It is conveniently located to……

“This is an excellent property for short, and especially, long stays. The host is very helpful to guide us to the property and walked us through all the facilities the property can provide. There is an onsite staff through most of the day that provide the security and the convenience during our stay. It's worth all of the money we paid for the stay and I strongly recommend it to everybody.”

“The shortage of water happened during staying the house. But the owner didn't let us know it. So we couldn't wash well. It was highly bad experience.”
