“This is a good hotel. The staff are all very helpful and smart! I only stayed for one night and arrived late to check in. When they heard that i need to take some sky photos (for academic purpose), they proposed to offer me with a room getting a better view to shoot the sky. this is so warm and considerate. “The Sopa Lodge gives an experience of a lifetime! I am well travelled but this is rare gem. The staff were the absolute kindest, most accommodating I’ve ever ran into and always knew our names. The grounds were breathtaking. The meals were so delicious. The room was absolutely adorable with an amazing view! I wished I had booked a week instead of 3 days. I can’t wait to bring more family and friends to experience this. ”

“Excellent experience in rural Nakuru. This hotel has a retreat feel from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Wonderful and respectful staff. Excellent dinning options with good variety of local cuisine and fresh fruits + vegetables. Entire meal has a farm to table feel to it. Clean rooms though the shower hotel hot water regulation can be a bit finicky. Fantastic experience all round.”

“I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!……
