“We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.”

The facility was beautiful and clean and suited our needs perfectly as the en suite bathroom for each bedroom was great.”

The pool on the roof is indescribable and the sea is just round the corner. We love aeroplanes, for those looking for total peace and quiet this may not be the right place. “Overall great stay Issues reported were addressed immediately. Property manage (Chris), deserves 6 stars. House is spacious including enormous kitchen. Pool is great. View is to die for. Cons: location. Property is located on the southern East coast so be prepared for a 20-40 min ride to any location outside that immediate vicinity. There is a great boardwalk with plenty of shops and Resturant a short 5-10 drive. Cons: beach…heaps of sea moss clutter the beach making it unusable for anything……

“There was 7 of us. Grandparents in their 60s, two adult children with their wives and one granddaughter 7 months old. The unit was extremely clean, and spacious. Each couple had their own bathroom. All three bedrooms and bathrooms were good size especially the master which had a wall of sliding glass looking out over the pool and beach. Spectacular!! Being in the villa was perfect especially when the baby took her naps. We brought the baby monitor outside by the pool to listen and watch her……

“We had a great experience at Bob’s property. So much space we especially loved the back porch, which is where we spent every morning having coffee and every evening when we got back from our beach days and dinners. We were surprised that the pool was so nice and cool. We expected it to be really hot, but it wasn’t at all- so refreshing. We felt safe- a security guard was right outside the property. All the beach chairs, an umbrella, lots of Floaties for the pool, a cooler, lots of beach towels -……

“Loved the penthouse. Beach was amazing. Loved having lounge chairs and floats. Had issues with dryer. Never could get it to dry beach towels. Upstairs bedrooms stayed warm. Could use fans up there. Was impressed with response time by Simona. Tv in living room needs to be updated. We could not get Netflix to load. Was impressed with stocking of essentials. We will definitely stay again and also recommend to friends and online. ”
