“Views were epic! Felt like we were living in a post card! LOL The villa and our time in St Martin was more than we hoped for! DMP helped with arrangements and her recommendations were exactly what we were wanting! If your looking for a beautiful villa with killer views this is it!”

“Jacob & Eli were gracious and responsive hosts. We had great communication and directions for the property. It was amazing to have a pool and a snorkeling beach at the same property. Outdoor grill worked great. We were able to park 3x small cars in the drive. Neighborhood is quiet and secure. Other reviews mention the airport noise but frankly we rarely heard anything over the sound of the waves on the beach!. No sargassum. Beach can be tricky to enter water but snorkeling is was nice. “We really enjoyed our stay. It has everything you need. We thought the location was perfect because it was between many places we wanted to see and explore. I would definitely recommend this hime. ”

“Marie (and Marjorie) have done an excellent job with this unit. They are very responsive and available for any questions you may have before, during, and after your stay. Download WhatsApp prior to you arrival in St. Martin as most of the island uses it.The beach in front of the unit albeit pretty, is not swimmable due to rocks… I already knew this and was prepared to check out several of the 37 other beaches on the island. The unit is exactly as described. Some said the mattress was too firm……

“Francois was a wonderful guest. Check-in was very easy - I was messaging with him prior to our arrival and let him know what approximate time we would be arriving at the villa. He was there to greet us and took the time to show us everything. Very thorough! The property is located in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The deck and pool overlooking the bay is amazing! “We felt like we were visiting a friend and staying in their beautifully decorated guest apartment. Judith is a wonderful host and super informative. The fridge was stocked with drinks, breakfast foods that allowed us to relax and snack right away upon arriving. We will definitely be back in our next trip! ga game or reading ”
