The kitchen was well-equipped, the beach area was like a mini resort, the property manager was available to us and handled any issues quickly, its proximity to Tarpum Bay helped us meet wonderful people and get fresh fish, lobster, and conch salad, and the small market in town met our needs. Children are clearly welcomed here with a clean, charming play area. They even had enough laundry hampers and towels for a large, busy……

“NOT a resort. But, a wonderful location with beautiful views. Bring your own foodstuffs. Including salt and pepper…not going to find it here. WiFi was intermittent, power went off our first day here for three hours. Very close to Governor’s Harbour and GH airport.”

“Words can not describe how fantastic Villa de Palma was for our family! The setting makes you feel like the only people on earth. We had the ocean as our backdrop: sunbathing poolside, snorkeling at the coral reef and having the most beautiful pink tinted sand to walk on morning and night. Bonus for us was the full moon the night before we had to return home. If there were any negatives- they weren’t due to any fault of the owners. Being on the ocean means tides wash up quite a bit of plastic……

“This was our second stay on the property and will stay again in the future. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach and the house is perfectly set up for two people. The beach is largely private. Host communicates very well and property is clean and well cared for. Access to washer and dryer is also very nice.”

“John has a great spot to stay that is clean, well equipped, close to the beach, town and airport. Nice setup plus he has his own car rental which makes the travels less stressful. John is a great communicator and has all the processes down to a science. Highly recommend. ”

“Very nice house, beach, pool, views. The only thing I’d add is bring your own music as there’s no way to have it outside on the deck or pool area. The house has a lot of things ( individual AC units, lots of fans ) that aren’t easy to figure out, it would be nice if the housekeeper went through it with us to save time and frustration. Owner and manager are very nice. ”

They’re clean, comfortable and convenient to the airport, Governors Harbour, and other places on the island if you have a car and are inclined to explore. Barbi is very responsive to questions and. Is very easy to work with. After staying in many other places around Governors Harbour over the years, these two houses have been my favorites, which is why I keep coming back to them. ”

“We provisioned the second day of our stay and then never left the house. The pool is just amazing (we paid for the heater), and very sunny. It was too windy for swimming in the sea, but it looked like it would be great snorkeling. Deborah was extremely responsive and helpful. The ne day we went out we had lunch at Pascal’s across the street which is on a very nice Atlantic beach. ”

“The house was clean inside and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook and . Bedding was nice and comfortable. The beach would’ve been nice, but it was windy every day and the waves were way too high for the children to play in the water so we had to go to another beach every day in order to get in the water. I’m thinking most likely it was due to hurricane Milton going through Florida while we were there at The Dunes. The stairs going down to the beach need a little attention. There……
