“4/5 Cleanliness - Generally very clean and tidy, but some of the cookwares had leftovers. 3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay. 4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. Some mechanics noise from time to time. 5/5 Location - Perfect location. Popular day tour gathering points and public bus stops……

“I felt very safe and secure in this shared apartment sort of setup. My room had its own lock and there were three bathrooms for 4 rooms so I had no issue with the bathrooms. Good deal for my short stay and I’ve stayed in a few different hotels/apartments in Reykjavik.”

“Lovely clean apt which was well equipped, although it was a bit dark inside. I had previously requested the ground floor (with a step free access) and on arrival we were given the third. A member of reception moved us to ground, but it was down lots of steps and felt like a basement”
