“Lovely cabin. the surrounding is very empty, still some distance from the seaside. it was a bit smelly outside of our cabin, so probably not a good idea to use the hot tub and BBQ. the kitchen is well equipped, but be aware that there is no oven. ”

“I would highly recommend the Bay View Apartment when considering places to stay in Iceland. My friends and I stayed in the villa and couldn’t be happier. From the excellent communication (sending a welcome message, checking in and asking if there was anything we needed, and bidding us a farewell), to the beautiful interior and spacious floor plan…the villa had it all. The beds were comfortable, the rain shower relaxing, and it has a washer and dryer! The only criticism we had is that we wished……

“The kitchen is marvelous! The upstairs is an A-frame room and there are stairs to the upstairs unit, and to the loft. This could be a positive for privacy, if you are young and agile. We slept on the hide-a-bed on the main floor and found it comfortable. Any communication difficulties were on my end, because we were traveling when the hostess tried to communicate with me.”
