The rooms are within a splendid grand house with privacy and a beautiful pool. We enjoyed bbq ing and entertaining. Our communication with the landlady was efficient and easy and Francis who cleans was most helpful and accommodating. The kitchen was large and practically functional . She hooked us up with a baby high chair , crib at the house was a full side Pack n play , so up to all safety codes. Lorraine also assisted in securing a Chef for one evening. Delicious. “This was the first time we had stayed at Coco de Mer, although we know the area pretty well. The apartment was excellent. Amazing sunset views from the terrace, lots of space all very tastefully decorated and furnished and ( importantly) the beds were very comfortable! Everything worked and all the equipment you could want, and more, for a self catering holiday was there. No hesitation in recommending this as a great place to stay! ”

“Love the location of the property but we encounter several problems while we were there. Shower in cabin wouldn't get hot and was shocking people so we couldn't use it, oven wouldnt stay on prior to pre heating on Thursday we ran out of propane so we couldn't use the stove,the skylight leaked when it would rain 🙄 I contacted the said manager Georgia Newsome and rachel the manager of the house. “We really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s beautiful place. It’s a large space that accommodated 10 people. It’s a great location as it’s within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Peter was very communicative both during our stay and leading up to it. Well priced for the quality you’re getting as well. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“No response from host until VRBO contacted them and they then cancelled with less than 24hrs because the property would not be ready for medical reasons. The island was basically completely booked and we had to find a place for the night on our own with VRBO giving us a stipend towards the accommodation. The next day we managed to find a hotel for the rest of our stay and VRBO offered us an amount towards that a couple of days later through their guaranteed commitment policy. Our bad rating is……
