“My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs”

“We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and was convenient to Dayton. The only negatives are no usable closet in the master bedroom and not enough bath towels even once my sister in law found some in the laundry room. ”

“Close proximity to my brother's house. Nice place to stay while visiting family. ”

“My son was visiting his girlfriend’s family and the only available place that has charm and privacy was this beautiful cabin. The stay was perfect nice wrap around porch, lots of wildlife to see, very clean. I could’ve stayed another week to finish writing a book. Has a thrilling/fairytale feel to it!”

“We had a blast the moment we’ve arrived. The owner was kind and helpful with everything I needed answers to. The view from sunrise to sunset is really something to admire.”

“Overall stay was good! Host reached out in advance to make sure I had everything to access the property ”

“Overall it was good. Issues were no wash clothes for bathrooms.,which owner took care of, but quality was poor, very thin very cheap. No hand towels. Minimal toilet paper for a party of 6. Minimal dish soap in kitchen. The seating in living room was adequate, but really only for 5. Bar stools could be turned around to view TV, however the seats kinda sank in when you sat. Since we were at a wedding,we did not spend a lot of time at house.There was no book or posting of instructions about……

“Property looks good in pictures but lacking in details that make a vacation home pleasurable. There were 2 bath towels, 1 face towel and no blankets! I had to buy bath towels for my family. No furniture in the bedrooms, only chairs... No coffee table in living room. The property has outdoor patio with no patio furniture and no gas grill. Definitely lacking in comforts of home. More like a "Pig with lipsticks" ”

“Its new. Only ONE TV IN THE HOUSE. There wasn’t a coffee pot :( not enough towels. The heat control is locked in box and you have to ask to have it changed. (Pain) there aren’t any trash cans.???? No blinds in the back and side of the house and it’s really dark there. I’d recommend adding more towels. Putting up some curtains. And certainly get a coffee pot. (It was listed on the amenities). The shower rod in the hall bath is just resting, so beware. Overall, it’s a pretty house. I’d stay……
