“We enjoyed our stay last summer at the Cottage and decided to stay here again this year. It was very clean upon arrival and had a wonderful scent in the air that lasted all week. Comfortable bed, clean and good quality bed linens. Lots of pillow options depending on your comfort level. Couch is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. It is the perfect size for what we need and a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. We plan to return again next year! ”

“In a quite neighborhood 10 minutes to Folly Beach and 20 minutes to Charleston at reasonable price. Clean, two bedrooms, 3beds, great air-conditioning, grill area and screened in patio. I would stay again. Nate took good care of me”

“WHAT AN AMAZING PROPERTY. We will certainly be back many times over on our annual trip to Charleston. This property owner created an amazing cottage / space on the back of their property with so much attention to detail. Very Private. Enjoyed the pool area each day, our cottage had great AC/air plow. So many vibey pieces of art. The OUTDOOR SHOWER was huge and had plants in it and was just a dream. We got to enjoy the outdoor seating & tables and overall had a magical 3 days/nights here. We……

“The location of this property was key because of its proximity to the beach! Within steps to the beach. Great manicured yard with outside shower. The inside of the cozy costal home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again! ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the cottage, really enjoyed walking into the air conditioned living room, rooms and bathrooms were clean and neat, beds were comfortable. Would note that the bedroom on the right needs curtains because there are lights on outside the building that you cant control and they were shining bright all night long, there are curtains in the other room so please add these in for future guests in the 2nd bedroom.”

“Great location with super cute decor! A few minor suggestions could make the stay more enjoyable - possibly an additional shelf or storage option in the bathroom and a full length mirror would be great! The humidifier needs constant dumping but we didn't mind at all. The overhead light was not working during our stay and was reported but was not a major issue.”
