“We stayed for an extended weekend and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The pool is super close to the unit, lots to do on the property if you like outdoor activities. The unit was very comfortable for our family of 4 2 grandparents that joined the trip. We felt like we were in a hotel. Our host was very responsive. Definitely book this if you can!”

“Overall, we were very happy with the condo. It is tastefully decorated and clean. We were very disappointed with the pool not be open as advertised. When I chose a condo for my family and I to stay in, it was very important that a pool was available and it stated that there is pool access from April-September. We arrived on April 14th and the pool was still closed which was extremely disappointing for my two children. ”

“Everything was perfect. Pool was near by. Beach was an easy 6 minute walk as others had mentioned. I did not have to find my way to beach since my daughters did it within 30 minutes of arriving. “Condo was a nice unit with one big exception. The front door does not lock properly. It was in fact open when I arrived. That night i tried to lock the door but the dead bolt DOES NOT LOCK! I thought maybe that had something to do with the code on the door so i used the chain lock. At 1:45 am someone opened/shoved the door as far as the chain lock would allow (from the outside). “Had a great time- loved being able to walk everywhere. Condo was as described- needed to walk down a flight of stairs to access the beach but it was nice and close. Be aware that there are no beach towels- we probably should have checked this more closely but no available beach goodies (towels/chairs/toys)- everything needs to be purchased or rented (unless you plan better than us and bring them along). “We spent a few days on IOP for Spring Break. The condo was an amazing size for our family of five (it could’ve held even more people). Many, if not all, of the concerns expressed by previous reviewers have been addressed by the owners. “The keyless entry worked flawlessly. The property was secure and well lite. We entered the first floor condo to be greeted by a handwritten note and gift bag, which included a bottle of wine and chocolate. Nice touch! The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Loved the dual-showerhead action. I didn't care for the shampoo/conditioner product - left my hair feeling dry so I was glad I brought backup. The body wash was fine. I didn't use the washer/dryer, but they provided everything……

“This house has absolutely everything you could need for a short getaway to fun folly beach. It's well equipped with top appliances. It was impeccably clean and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. Sitting outside in the shade of the beautiful trees was a dream. And the best part of this house was the location.
