“Suited our needs. Slept 12 people comfortably. Private pool and trampoline not pictured. The house feels lived in which felt a little weird but not a deal breaker. Wasnt the cleanest but the cleaning fee isnt horrible. For someone more picky this may not be the place for u for us it was fine, it justbfelt like they had kids. Not much close by, a few small restaurants and a dollar general. If your from NY dont even try the pizza place close by in Vermont. The reviews are good but if you are used……

“Everything was perfect!About a 30 minute scenic, stress free drive to Saratoga race course. Very minimal traffic to and from the races.Great large hot tub overlooking the Hudson, dock for fishing, fire pit all perfectly maintained.Of course the house was beautiful, And very important to my back, comfortable bed mattresses.David is right across the street if you have any questions. ”

“Great place to stay . Very Clean Decently stocked with your essentials. Would definitely recommend. My only issue was they told us there was AC and it did not have AC . They told us that the pullout couch was in the room with the closing door but i was not . “I booked through Expedia (VRBO) and the room we were assigned was incorrect due to a mistake by the booking sight ( we were assigned a 1 bedroom instead of a two bedroom). The owner had us in a new unit at no extra charge ($100/night difference) within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!!!”
