“Property looks great, but when checking in receptionist unpleasant. Wi-Fi/internet does not work at all, can not even find the connection. Room was VERY CLEAN, staff at housekeeping and breakfast very wonderful with a greeting and a smile. The dirt/rock road to get to our room was nasty and uncalled for when everything else was well maintained, I think it was the receptionist at check in that was unpleasant, rude and unprofessional, her name starts with an A. They could also do something about……

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. A different experience of village house. However the wifi was very bad. The curtain inside the room cannot be closed fully to make the room dark. The place we stayed was different from the reception and restaurants.”

“Sehr schön eingerichtete Bungalows mit ausreichend Abstand zueinander, so dass man seine Ruhe genießen kann. Im Bad ist die Scheibe leider etwas zu kurz geraten, so dass das Wasser ins restliche Bad spritzt. Da die Unterkunft auf Kiten ausgerichtet ist, wäre eine Wiese zum waschen der Kites nicht schlecht. Generell wirkt das Personal extrem unmotiviert, das sehr gute Frühstück war mit extrem langen Wartezeiten verbunden und abends gab es nur zwei Gerichte zur Auswahl, die aber häufig um 19 Uhr……

“Maria, the friendly and efficient maid, saved the day when we were unable to contact the owner of the hotel to let us in. There was apparently a mix up with the reservation and the hotel was locked because it was off season. Maria helped to contact the owner, and quickly prepared our room and made sure our needs were met. The room was comfortable and clean.
