“ From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was impeccable – truly 5 stars! The hotel manager was exceptionally friendly and seemed genuinely dedicated to ensuring every guest had a perfect stay. The staff were readily available and helpful. We stayed in a signature studio suite, which was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating all 4 of us. However, the real highlight was the breathtaking lake view from our suite. We will absolutely be returning and……

“The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.”
