“The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received……

“Super cute place, neat, clean, cool city.”

“Park your car and walk to all the wonderful sites that town has to offer. My fiancé loved watching the trains come and go, and they did not wake us through the night. The outlets in the living room didn't work, but that wasn't a big enough deal to remove a star. The rocking chairs on the porch were so comfortable, and it was great to have a free reserved parking spot since it costs 20 and is difficult to get a public spot later in the day to tour. Within two blocks, you have several options……

“Terrible owner- terrible communication, terrible stay all around. BEWARE of this OWNER- they have a number of suites in the area and they get you to commit then they are not helpful or responsive. SERVICE SUCKS I have asked to speak to a manager everyday and they refuse”

“Great little 2 bedroom, 1 bath quarters for staying just outside DC. We took the metro into the city every day and the instructions given by Hugh are so informative and detailed, you can't go wrong! Hugh is also very responsive and a great resource during your trip. Would definently stay again!!”

“Love staying here, quiet and everything I need for an overnight stay with my little dogs. Their generator did great for cooling the apartment when there was a power outage in the area due to thunderstorms.”

“Didn’t know what to expect, but regardless I was blown away. The place is VERY well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was the perfect place to come back home to and relax after a long day. The owner was also amazing, she left a few chocolates and a welcome note. She was also an amazing communicator, I didn’t need too many things, but the things I did need, she accommodated instantly. 10/10, this place is phenomenal ”

“Bonnie’s place was perfect for me and my husband! We loved the location, as it was close to everything we wanted to do. The space was clean, well appointed and had lots of little thoughtful “extras”. We would stay here again.”
