“We enjoyed our stay in this unique first floor unit. Kim and company were fine and friendly hosts. The unit was well stocked with nice supplies, and we could tell that thought was put into the furnishing and renovations. There was also an interesting collection of solid old furniture that added to the character of the place. I don't know what sort of sheets they put on the bed, but they were *so* comfortable! One downside was the lack of sound-proofing. Noise definitely carried from people……

“My boyfriend and I stayed at this beautiful cabin for a weekend. We had a great time getting out of the city and into the wilderness. We read the previous reviews so we had an idea of what we were getting into with regards to noise. And boy was that ever accurate. “This adorable unit right on the Monocacy River was just what my heart and soul needed!! The host Joe was absolutely the best and made sure I even had a place when I needed to stay longer since this cutie was already rented! Also, I saw the towels but not wash clothes. The only major feedback would be to put the bed in a spot where the Wi-Fi will work. The muck where the bed is now is a dead zone for Wi-Fi.
