“We thoroughly enjoyed our July 4th weekend stay at the 1840 log cabin in Frederick. The home is a completely renovated and modernized log cabin that was very comfortable to stay in and located in a great location. The home is a short 10-12 minute walk downtown, but in a quiet area that is more relaxed with ample parking, etc... Communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. “Emilie is a great host, her warm communication and responsiveness were greatly appreciated! We stayed for a weekend in April for a family birthday in the area. The unit was very clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for our family with children as well as 2 extended family members to stay with us. “The location was perfect for walking just about anywhere we needed to go! Two bedrooms were a plus for me, my husband, and his sister. The half bath downstairs was also appreciated!”

“Great stay and location. Jill is an excellent host. We requested to add an additional day and early check in and she was super accommodating. Only con would be the pump in the basement. We were there during torrential rains and the pump was somewhat noisy. ”
