“It is a stunning house and absolutely does not look like a rental at all! The owner has meticulously decorated every single room. Even the back yard is adorable. It is warm and inviting. The beds are comfortable and so are the sheets. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was very clean, even with all of the decor. There is a fantastic bakery right across the street and a butcher that you must stop by to get meat and talk to the incredibly nice staff! There is some road noise and the towels……

Only complaint I had and is not a deal breaker is the he leaving room is small and needs more seating like a bigger couch but we made do!! Property management was available at all times for any issues!! Which we didn’t have any”

“I'm an interior designer. I booked viewpoint so I could photograph pillows that I sell. The home is serene, it's beautiful in appearance inside and out- and the view is incredible. 20 minutes from DC, this would be a perfect place for a work retreat or for a family that was looking for a quiet place to stay or work. I was comfortable staying here due to the safe and upscale neighborhood. When my nephew visited, we did not have to worry about the street- since the home is basically in a culdesac……

“Cute little house perfect for a small town getaway. The house was a perfect fit for my family of 5. We were able to walk to the shops and enjoyed a nice day of shopping. We will be back!”

“When we arrived, smelled like smoke. Rail going downstairs was broken and had to call them to fix. Place was not as nice as pics. Very run down. Dishwasher broke and flooded and took 3 days to fix. Door upstairs broken and never fixed. Mice poop in stove. Bbq rusted real bad. Never got a call back on how unhappy we were. Ignored. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this property. ”
