“We were only 5 minutes from our reunion. Texts from property contact were specific sp we did not need to contact them about anything. The whole property is beautiful. There was lots of wildlife to enjoy. The only advice is bring all groceries. There is not a nearby store.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Deb provided very thorough instructions and information about the area, was very responsive, and the house was just lovely. Easy check in and check out, with *no* list of cleaning or other check out requirements. The pool is fantastic, with a great covered patio for those not in the pool. Well supplied kitchen, and plenty of bath towels and toiletries. All in all, one of our favorite stays!”

“The cottage was charming, very clean, & comfortable. Just wished the garden wasn’t connected to the cafe right next door. That said, the location was perfect as you could walk downtown which has cute shops & great restaurants.”

“The home was perfect for our stay, we had 3 adult couples and our children between the ages 8-11. The home is perfectly set up for a get away. There is so much to do, a great pond for fishing or swimming, games galore, pool table, darts, and an outdoor fire pit. The home is remote, and very close to many wineries, antique shops, and more. “Stayed the weekend for a show jumping event at Morven park. This spot was very peaceful and quiet. The small village of Waterford was amazing. The hostess really knocked it out of the park - I've never seen a place supplied with so many incidentals, to improve the quality of your stay. Everything was very easy and memorable. Will probably return with a friend to enjoy the nearby wineyard and apple cidery.”

“This is a beautifully restored and furnished small house right off of the downtown area, making the downtown coffeeshops and restaurants all easily within walking distance. We were there on very hot days and the A/C kept us very comfortable.”

“Clean and comfortable. Great stay, Host was very nice. Rural type of community and towns that is close (just over 50 miles form DC area) Upclose to all the horses.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything is very clean and new. The bed slept well. Great location too! Right in the middle of everything but it’s like you are really in the beautiful countryside. We would go back tomorrow if we could!”

The location was in walking distance to multiple parks as well as easy access to 270. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The host was pleasant and very responsive. Very happy with our stay.”

“So I had to book a place big enough for a large family last minute and found this property and let me tell you this property was spacious and breathtaking! Had a everything we needed for a home away from home! The fridge and stove were a dream! The plus was having washer/dryer access, hot tub and a massage chair! Oh and the tower!! The view from the deck was beautiful but from the tower was just amazing! Will definitely be coming back especially once the pool is built!”

“Every part of this trip was surprisingly delightful…from the long, gravel, road through the most beautiful farms to the treehouse. My husband and I felt so comfortable here. It’s a spacious and well-decorated home with modern conveniences. We spent most of our time watching the trees sway in the rain and at night watching movies in the dark. It was the perfect getaway for a tired teacher starting summer vacation! I’m already hoping to return in the fall. ”

“My wife, daughter and I stayed that the cottage for two nights so my daughter could compete at Morven Equestrian Center. The decor is awesome and well taken care of. Everything we used was in good working order. The views are great if the grounds and pond. We definitely want to stay here again!”
