I wanted to provide them a small town/city feel with all the comforts of the season and access to all things downtown Frederick. The place was perfect. The location was exactly what we needed because they wanted to be able to venture into Frederick’s downtown area without a car. “This was perfect for just me as I was only in town for the night. The location is cool. The basement was mostly clean. The bathroom shower could have been cleaned more. Also, I saw the towels but not wash clothes. The only major feedback would be to put the bed in a spot where the Wi-Fi will work. The muck where the bed is now is a dead zone for Wi-Fi. Other than that, this was quite nice. ”

The property manager is attentive to any of needs while you're there and the owner is easy to get in touch with any questions. We've stayed at this apartment building twice now in two different, well maintained units.”

We read the previous reviews so we had an idea of what we were getting into with regards to noise. And boy was that ever accurate. Loud music and drinking games from kids who most likely weren’t 21 yet. We will always remember the “CHUG, CHUG, CHUG” chanting reverberating throughout the cabin. “Very clean and homey. We spent the evening enjoying downtown Frederick - this is a lovely location close to downtown attractions. Safe off-street parking, comfy lodging with multiple conveniences such as washer/dryer, cozy sitting room and designated rear entrance. We will definitely stay again!”
