“The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are. Its calm and tranquil at this place, away from the busy scene at hiriketiya road yet not to far to get there when you want. Space to park if u have tuk tuk, scooter etc. The rooms are cozy and clean. Some good restaurants very close by. The host is particularly nice and kind! He was very helpful to……

“We had a great time at the villa. Ash and his team made us feel welcome and helped us organize fun day trips. It was a great spot for a group of 9. The beach is right next to the house and is perfect for early morning walks on the beach. The food was delicious. The team organized several fun events including a traditional fire dance and fireworks on New Years. Thank you!”

“Very friendly family service. Great location for beach - 2-3 min walk. Lots of great restaurants around, especially on beach. Next to road, so easy to get tuktuk. Comprehensive convenience shop 4 min walk. Lovely pool with outdoor shower. A/C kept room at nice temperature, with ceiling fan. Family room had two double beds and we had a cot, so family of five well-suited. Room cleaned every 3 days. Malee cooked us lovely hoppers, dal and sambal for breakfast, whilst the children loved fresh……
