“This is a wonderful hotel, not only for the brand new state of the art, air-conditioned room, and incredible buffet breakfast, which also served as lunch, but mostly for the kindly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived on an early flight and were greeted with coffee and pastries. “The staff are very helpful and nice, the room is big and the balcony view is nice, and the location of the hotel is quite good, walk to old town around 5-8 mins, and many restaurant which is near hotel, walk around 3 mins, overall is good, the main problem is the washroom, the floor drain is quite slow”

“Hotel is good enough, amazing terrace and welcoming enough staff. Amazing bodyguards outside, met both of them. Now biggest problem is noice from bar outside, sound goes till 11pm and can be loud because windows are not soundproof. Can be enjoying but depends on your type of trip. Parking can be convenient if you find a good spot around but unfortunately hotel does not have spots.”

“We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible……

“It’s a lovely, historic property. Staff work very hard, it is clean and easy walking distance to Old Tbilisi and many tour pick up points. But because it is a small, private property, some of the fixtures are older and it’s not a sit around and relax sort of hotel. You have to plan things to get out and do.”
