“We had a wonderful time. The house was great, clean, fully stocked with towels and such. I would have done total 5's but 2 things that my friend mentioned was the grass wasn't cut? She is so afraid of snakes, she refused to go out. Lol and a few cobwebs in the screen porch and someone dumped coffee grounds I believe . Again, to me, a non- issue. Sorry about the dog, we are just starting to travel this way, instead of a boring hotel. Hope we left it in tidy shape, we folded towels. Lol Bless you……

“Traveling with 3 small kids and my wife to visit family nearby. The grass was mowed the house was super clean. Everything was comfortable and organized. drawers and cabinets were labeled and well stocked. The owners were very nice and our kids even got the chance to play with their grandkids. Really beautiful farm, we felt like we were staying with family. Do not hesitate, book this place, its affordable and about as good as it gets. Go explore Arkansas! My family will be back soon.”

“I was a little hesitant to book the place due to the reviews I had read. So I was pleasantly surprised. The house was clean and wasn’t musky nor did it smell of mold. And the screen on the front was not moldy it is green from the trees it sets under. Yes the house could use a few repair. But for an old house. It’s just like the pictures show My only complaint would be that I had to bring my own towels.But other than that. The place was perfect for us and our 2 furbabies. Oh we did see a……

“Our family of 2 adults and 9 children stayed from Friday to Sunday. The first blessing is that our children could play as normal and we did not have to think about neighbors in the room next door or even the house next door getting mad. Second, it is SO PEACEFUL out here! We did not use the canoe, though it is offered. Every room was fantastic in this cabin. We highly recommend this place.”
