“The house was so nice. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to everything in town you could possibly need. The host had left out snacks and cold drinks in the fridge which our teenagers gladly helped themselves to. We brought our 3 teenage grandkids with us ages 17,16, and 14. Although we only had 3 bedrooms the kids did not complain at all about the large couch and TV in the living room and seemed to really enjoy the space they had. “Traveling with 3 small kids and my wife to visit family nearby. The grass was mowed the house was super clean. Everything was comfortable and organized. drawers and cabinets were labeled and well stocked. The owners were very nice and our kids even got the chance to play with their grandkids. Really beautiful farm, we felt like we were staying with family. Do not hesitate, book this place, its affordable and about as good as it gets. Go explore Arkansas! My family will be back soon.”

Didn't know what we were suppose to do at checkout, as there is not a list of what to do and we were not messaged by the host. (ex. take off sheets, load dishwasher, take out trash, etc.. “We’ve been coming for Arkansas to visit family for over 20 years. This was probably our favorite place to stay. Loved the deck and river access. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. “The pictures are accurate with the property. The main cabin and suite are perfect for the times the family wants to spend inside. But with a boardwalk to a deck over the river and 5 wooded acres to walk around, we chose to hang outside most of our stay. We saw a few white tail and caught a couple trout in the river…released them back so the next visitors can catch too. We had great communication with the owner. The cabin is well stocked with what we needed and check out instructions were simple.……
