“The spiral stair entry is treacherous. We loved the location and having a balcony to sit on. There is no closet. That was a big challenge. The bathroom is very modern and well appointed with even a towel warmer. The neighborhood is in the most historic area. We loved it! The street is off limits to cars so it is very quiet but may be hard to find because the street is not accessible by car. ”

“The online pics looked nothing like actual. Checkin was not a clear process- guessing game to find the actual apt. Host non-responsive when Wi-Fi password was incorrect. Biggest concerns- very steep small stairs down into the tv room, very strong mildew odor throughout, we cleaned before we unpacked. There was dirt, long black hairs throughout. Only a small used toilet paper roll, no soap- only empty containers! Even the dishes and pans needed cleaning. It was close to dining and shopping,and……

“Although open plan the accommodation was roomy. The location was excellent and the availability of buses and trams puts the UK to shame. I scarcely spoke a word of English which was the objective of my stay. I had a problem with the key which I thought I had lost (it was hidden in the wrong pocket!), M.
