“Excellent location. Great walking distance to downtown. The Victorian style of the home and decor was beautiful and comfortable. We much appreciated the additional amenities like coffee and snacks.”

“The pictures of this treasure do not capture the beauty of this property. Every time my family have visited, we walk in the door and are still in awe. Whether you choose to fish, enjoy both fireplaces,, visit the darling town in Mount Vernon, or do it all, you will leave with wonderful memories. The host, Kitty, is amazing.and very available for anything you may need. However, you won’t need a thing, as Kitty has thought of everything to make your visit something you will never forget. ”

“We loved Gram’s Getaway! It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen isn’t huge but has everything you need. It is all recently upgraded with new floors, bathrooms, and furniture but it keeps the charm with some of Gram’s things. Check-in/out instructions were easy and nothing ridiculous. We absolutely adored it!”

The views were picturesque and the atmosphere was breathtaking, it was such a peaceful and calm environment with no distractions.The nature and solitude offered a sense of peace and a chance to reconnect with each other. “The place was private for sure and huge spaces. Would definitely stay again. Only thing was a little hard to find but that’s more the gps wouldn’t take me where I needed to be. I called and the host got me there within minutes”
