“The room was fabulous, 4 poster bed, jacuzzi bath. The staff were lovely and friendly. The food was great. And so dog friendly. Loved our stay and will definitely be going back”
“My stay at the Pier Hotel was very pleasant. The staff were excellent & the room was clean. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom had a long window which was clear glass & the blind had to be permanently pulled down otherwise anyone walking past can see someone sitting on the toilet or having a shower.”
“First time at this hotel for us it is very dated but is spotlessly clean
Rooms are a nice size with a very comfortable bed and pillows nice walk in shower
We did get woke early by other guests returning early hours opening and banging doors but that can happen at any hotel
Great air con heating in rooms
Nice breakfast on offer served by great all friendly Staff
On the whole a nice hotel and would deffo use again ”
“Short staffed for breakfast. One willing man cooking, front of house and settling bills wasn't satisfactory.
Also very limited choice for breakfast. No fresh fruit or cereals available. ”
“My husband is disabled so found the superior room was awkward in the bathroom. particularly. However we hadn't told the hotel about this so can't complain. We managed & really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed in the size of the room & had thought upgrading to a superior room would have given us more space. If we go again I won't bother to upgrade as not worth the extra expense altho' the views were lovely..”
“Cosy, comfy room. Excellent management, really friendly, and accommodated us as vegans brilliantly. Great location. Shower pressure little low and couldn't get on the wifi, but deffo not dealbreakers. Would recommend, would go back”
