“I enjoyed my stay, but there are a few things that I wanted to mention. The Keurig did not have a filter so it was beeping that it needed to be descaled leaving me with the impression that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a Britta water filter jug in the refrigerator that the filter hasn’t been changed. I recommend getting a new one or just throwing it out.. the website says central AC and heat. The heat was a space heater and the cord got really hot.. . I believe the cute yellow……

“My family and I traveled 10 hrs to attend UNT graduation the nxt morning. We arrived late at night, so check-in was perfectly easy. The rooms were spacious and the media room also had a comfortable single bed. The next morning we were able to exit with no issue. The house is perfectly located to access everything. ”

The host, Sarah O, was readily available to answer all my questions prior to our stay, as well as making sure an infant crib and high chair were available. The Pool was smaller than the pictures made it appear and the spa is only a spa, the spa Does Not get Hot because it is only a spa not a hot tub, we should have read better when booking but I am leaving this on here in case it helps someone else. ”

“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

“House was clean, owner/manager, Tal, was very responsive. All our needs were met. The construction directly in front of house was a little annoying, but at no fault of the property owner and it is temporary. The ONLY inconvenience was the bathroom/tub/shower. The shower head leaked, so you could not take a bath without getting wet and there was no stopper in the tub. There were plenty of towels and hand towels, but there were no wash cloths.The only other inconvenience/suggestion is to give……
