“The apartment, roomy, with comfortable beds, had an uninspiring but unobjectionable all-Ikea decor. It was clean, and remarkably well provisioned -- with coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing and washing tablets, kitchen towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo, and even moisturizer. A job well done, by the property managers, who also ensured efficient communications. The kitchen boasted a full complement of pots, bowls, whisks, etc. which allowed us to prep a……

“Underground parking for most vehicles unless over sized. The vistor parking is directly underneath your balcony which is nice. Building is secure, house has two locks for the doors. Place is very clean and well equipped. A block away from rogers and the ice district. Lots of homeless but they keep to themselves. ”

“Kitchen table was broken upon arrival and dust buildup underneath furniture (bed, couch) was a lot but besides that the apartment was in great condition, communication was great, all questions were answered almost immediately via email and overall stay was amazing. Would definitely rent this property again. ”

The building has all you need, Suite for relaxation, entertainment, comfy beds, coffee shop at ground level and work out facility that I definitely enjoyed. The building is situated right downtown near plenty of great restaurants. I will definitely be booking with the host again!”
