“We stayed here for several days with our adult son and his partner. The layout (with bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms) was great for two couples on different schedules. Nice location and we appreciated the underground parking. The apartment is attractive, roomy, and well equipped. Communication with Egilio was excellent and early check-in was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We loved staying here on our weekend visit to Winnipeg from the states. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. We loved having free WiFi & parking. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, breweries & other local destinations. The host was very accommodating and was very quick to help us when we had an issue with the TV. We will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend this property to others looking for a great place to stay in Winnipeg.”

“Perfect location for my need. Accessable and practical place”

“We have been using VRBO for many years and have always had a great experience with nice properties and wonderful hosts. Our 5 night stay at the Spacious House in Winnipeg was disappointing on many levels. The listing did not state that there was a rental suite in the basement. We had to contact the host to find out how to check in as we were not sent any info through VRBO. There was no binder of information in the unit to explain anything (eg. Recycling, garbage, laundry, etc.). The basement……

“We stayed for a week while in Winnipeg, and appreciated the location, space, and welcoming touches. Host responded quickly to any questions. Great to have access to laundry facilities. We would definitely return. This would not be a good option for individuals with mobility issues (stairs, gravel walkway)”

“Erwartungen wurden fast vollständig erfüllt und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend.Leider in einem der Zimmer kein Regal oder Schrank um den Koffer bei längerem Aufenthalt zu entpacken Wir haben die Waschmaschine fest eingeplant, diese funktionierte leider nicht. Aber nach Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, im Übrigen immer ziemlich schnelle Antworten, wurde ein Lösung gefunden. Ein Waschsalon in Fußnähe und der finanzielle Ausgleich durch die Gastgeber.Ansonsten bietet das……
