“This is a clean & private above-the-garage studio suite with entrance through the host’s backyard. The parking is in an alleyway behind the garage & will be easier for smaller vehicles. There is adequate wifi, comfy bed, and a fairly well appointed kitchen. There is no hair dryer & there are skylights with no blinds above the bed (bring an eye mask if you need total darkness to sleep!) Shannon responded helpfully & quickly via the app in response to my questions. ”

“We had a great time on our vacation at the palms.would definitely recommend it if you’re going to Sylvan Lake about an 8 minutes walk to the beach and you can browse multiple little shops to the beach or back the the house.Back yard very well accommodating for a group we were 8 people but still lots of room for the kids to play.Very quiet.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place for a group.Contact with host very efficient.Thanks again for a great time Richard ”

“House was well equipped, clean and well kept. Instructions for check in/out were clear and questions were met with a very prompt response. Some traffic noise late at night due to its good location near the main street. Walkable to beach, restaurants and coffee shops. ”
