“It is on a busy intersection with lots of traffic, so there is much noise from the street. When I checked in and got to my room, I wanted to get ice for a drink, and the ice bucket appeared to have been used as a trash can previously and hadn’t been cleaned; when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they replaced it, but unlike other hotels, they do not use a plastic liner (bag), so the ice goes directly into the bucket which is a bit disconcerting.
