“Great property, clean, and great location. The only problem we had was a few things needed to be repaired. One door was pulled off the hinges, and barely hanging on making it difficult to close, and the freezer didn’t work consistently, causing the things in the freezer to melt. ”
“There are no negatives about the property. I would reccommend the hotel without any qualifying statement. Also, Parowan is a great small town, excellent restaurants and historical sites.”
“Very nice clean condo with everything you’d need for a fun weekend. Only complaint was communication. The WiFi password was wrong in the email, and you needed to talk to a bot before you could talk to someone. There was also an email sent separately that someone responded on as well. Just confusing. They took good care of us, but would’ve just like one way to contact them. Queen and King beds were very firm! All rooms upstairs. ”
“It is on a busy intersection with lots of traffic, so there is much noise from the street. When I checked in and got to my room, I wanted to get ice for a drink, and the ice bucket appeared to have been used as a trash can previously and hadn’t been cleaned; when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they replaced it, but unlike other hotels, they do not use a plastic liner (bag), so the ice goes directly into the bucket which is a bit disconcerting. “Room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again if I'm traveling

“The Direct Tv wasn't connecting to the satellite so there wasn't any signal so we couldn't watch TV. We paid enough for the room so should get reimbersed somewhat. Other than that the room is nice and clean and the bed comfortable. Other than the TV problem all else was good.”
