“Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather.There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). “It is a very lovely property! The shower head in the ensuite bathroom is way too low. I am 5 feet tall and it hit the top of my head.There were zero Kleenex boxes, and we bought some. “The unit was lovely. Very pleasantly decorated. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Well supplied. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. We did have a little trouble with the lock and had to use the available key. Location and parking was very convenient. Check in and out process very smooth. I would recommend this place (in spite of the dilapidated property next door) unless you have trouble with stairs. ”

“During our family stay we baked and made several homemade meals. The kitchen was well stocked and several family members were there visiting while we were cooking! “This waterfront property is so lovely. The home was tidy and clean with ample space for gathering. the spiral staircase was a bit odd, although I was able to climb up and down, some of our group was unable to access the second floor bedroom -- but there were ample sleeping spaces downstairs -- between the two bedrooms downstairs and the couches. This home is easily a five-star property.”
