“The house was clean, close to shops and the freeway. We were quite comfortable and the house had many amenities that made the stay with my family easy and a great fit. I would suggest some minor upgrades to the cookware and furniture, but overall I really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back again.”

“Property was nice, there were a few minor problems, dog feces in backyard, we could only use shower in master the other one leaked, the dryer did not work and some cosmetic problems in master. However we did like the location and the size of the home, very spacious. We would choose to stay there again when visiting Sacramento.”

“This place was perfect and everything we needed for our family tip to Sacramento. So many amenities for everyone to enjoy.loved the fresh oranges from the garden area.Host was nice and very welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again. I will be looking for the same place as my #1choice”

“We booked this place for our visiting out-of-town family during Thanksgiving. It was primarily used for expanded sleeping, so not a lot of time spent in the home during the day. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is generally well maintained. It served our purpose during the holidays. Would definitely rent again.”

“Overall, we had a good stay. There were a couple things that were disappointing: - There was a very strong smell of marijuana when we arrived that persisted for the entire duration of the stay (lessened a bit over time, but it ruined our ability to enjoy relaxiing in the home). - The listing advertised central air throughout the entire home, which is innaccurate; there was no air in the third bedroom which was found in the attic (no one was able to sleep there as it was extremely hot). - Not……

“This property could be amazing but lacks in little touches that ccould make it more welcoming. Overall it had what we needed.”

“As far as the stay goes, while we were extremely grateful that this home was available to us since our other rental property canceled one week before my sister’s wedding, this house was less than ideal. We had to clean the microwave, the oven, and rewash dishes. The towel rack in the main bathroom, fell off the wall the moment someone brushed up against it. There were stains and dirt on the walls, bugs, trash in front of the house and in the backyard. The curtains are thin and see through. The……

“Had a great experience at this cozy studio, which is more of a suite with private entrance, bathroom, couch/sitting area, kitchen, and most of all parking. In addition to having all of the amenities that one would need, the host was extremely responsive and provided clear instructions. Situated in a nice neighborhood centrally located to multiple areas and shops. Would definitely book again.”

“Your place was fantastic. The linens were top notch. You did the best you could with the small bathrooms. Regarding the bed. It seemed perfect until I woke up in the middle of the night and where I was lying had dipped down. I had to move to the other side where it was even. My niece had the same experience. Probably nothing you can do about it, but I wouldn't want to sleep on that bed again.Just a few suggestions to make it even better.-Put the instructions for the thermostat in the book.-Not……

“We had a great time. Love the pool! Lots of room to stretch out. The house was clean, and the amenities were on point. Lots of super helpful signs all over. Finishes could use a little freshening up, but like I said it was clean and nice. ”
