“Beautiful hotel in the heart of Stockholm. The hotel is situated on the waterfront with spectacular views. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Good choice of dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful with ready smiles all round. Service was impeccable. I don’t have enough good things to say about the hotel. ”

Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”
