“Conveniently located right off the highway. Rooms were spacious, little couch, king bed, refrigerator and microwave. Lobby and parking lot adequate. Within walking distance of restaurants. Free breakfast was just fine; the usual quick breakfast food. We would stay here again as the price was right.”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……
