“This was a very nice one bedroom apartment. We were there for appointments with Mayo Clinic. Apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Loved the patio area where we could sit outside on nice days. Was relaxing to listen to the birds singing and see all the turkeys and wildlife wander past. Host Greg was very kind and helpful. “This cozy home was perfect for us before my son had surgery at Mayo. He got to have a comfortable bed and "home" feel before his surgery and we had an inviting place close by while we waited during his surgery. “Very clear and easy check in process. Parking in definitely a pain if you need more than one spot. No parking on the two closest streets. Very easy walk to Mayo Clinic. Very cozy place with vintage furnishings. Only downfall was there was no ice melter in the place to put down. Everything was glare because of a storm. Toilet will keep running until you play with the handle for it to stop. Even with that I would still stay again. ”

“The house was clean and I felt very safe staying there. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals so we didn’t need to eat out. The water pressure in the shower was great, plenty of hot water too. Location was perfect, within a mile of Mayo Clinic and an easy walk. Minimal noise from the unit upstairs. Owners were easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“It would have been nice to get a heads up about mowing the lawn and having all the grass swept off of the sidewalk so we weren't walking through it and put it into the car or the house. TV remote was not in there The remote that was there did not go to that TV so we could not hook up our computer. The extras were nice. Surprisingly the two air conditioners kept the house cooled off. Not a bad place to stay would consider staying again.”

“I’ve been staying here since March of 2009. This was one of my most unsatisfied stay!! We got to our room and went to use the bathroom and there was a long streak of bowls going down on the front of the stool!!! Then my husband went to the air on and the filters were on the floor and they were so dirty!! He cleaned them a little and put them in and it didn’t matter cause the air was working very well anyway!!!”
