“Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in……

“The hotel was brand new. The check in staff were there to help us and all went smooth. We had a slight problem with the live TV feed not working. It was a startup issue they could not resolve but having the bar area was a better option.”

“We want to highlight one of your housekeepers who did a great job. It was Katherine who was so very kind, caring and helpful when my wife requested services. We tried to find her later to give her a tip, but I guess she was off duty, and then we had to depart. She truly exemplified what great customer service looks like. In addition, the property was great in every way.”

“This is a great hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast! The rooms are great and have a kitchenette and living room area. Very comfortable. Nice landscaping around the hotel! Mayo shuttle service is very helpful! The pink flamingo shuttle and drivers are very uplifting and kind. ”
