“Our stay was 2 weeks while husband received new liver at Mayo. Great place to stay, always book ahead of time, they do sell out. Driver takes you to Mayo buildings, however you can get to Mayo from inside skyway. Food is delicious from room service. ”

“Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in……

“The hotel itself was nice clean kind of to the end of outskirts of Rochester so any place we wanted to go was a lot of driving. The breakfast was good. Everything was nice and clean. The one complaint I would have is $15 a night for parking when you're paying over $300 to stay in a room that's absolutely ridiculous. I have never had to pay for parking in a hotel that I am staying at so I would not recommend that hotel just for that reason.”

“We like the breakfasts at Quality Inns. The room was clean. The location of the room was practically in the Lobby, so would not want a room like that again. There was a sleeper couch, as we needed the extra bed, but….the quality of the bed was very poor. It went up on a slope, very thin mattress. Do not plan on using a sleeper couch room. It should only be used as a couch. Also, there was no bedding, had to ask front desk for linens. Would rate this stay as average….if you don’t need a sleeper……

“Donna at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. My first room was facing the street and I asked for a different room and the 2nd room was perfect. She knew the area very well and suggested somewhere to eat that was very close . The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the Mayo campus.”
