“The staff at the check in desk was friendly and helpful. However, the room itself is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not deliver cool air even the temperature was well over 20 degrees Celsius. There are too few choices in the breakfast, not something I would expect from an international 4-star hotel. The parking is free, just need to park your car by yourself at the designated parking area in the carpark below the hotel, which is shared with the shopping centre. There were not many……

“Rooms and wash room are large and clean. Staff is friendly. Surrounding the area is more concrete than green. Not much view from the room. Only one restraurant . Quality of food was good. Gym and Spa were under repair. ”

“Hotel muito bom, justificando as 4 estrelas; deixou a desejar manutenção; cortinhas caindo, descarga funcionando mal, chuveiro, apesar de bom, inunda o WC e a gente tem que colocar uma toalha para cercar a água. Café da manhã vc coerente com a cultura, mas merece um 7/10.”
